Gillies Ave Office Park

Gillies Ave Office park was built in 1966 and is a six-story office building connected via a bridge to the two-story Annex Building. The building features comprehensive waste facilities, onsite composting, energy efficient lighting features, high WELS rated water fittings and end of trip facilities to support lower carbon transportation for tenants.
