Research commissioned by the Australian Property Institute (API) and the Property Funds Association of Australia (PFA), this report is the first major Australian study to assess the added value of green office buildings in their financial performance. The research was undertaken by the University of Western Sydney (UWS) and the University of Maastricht, Netherlands in conjunction with Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE. Low Energy High Rise Building Research Study 2009

The Warren Centre's report summarises the findings of the research phase of the Warren Centre for Advanced Engineering’s Low Energy High Rise (LEHR) project, conducted by National Project Consultants and Exergy Australia Pty Ltd. The purpose of the research was to find measurable evidence of non-technical factors that assist or hinder energy efficiency in commercial office buildings. NABERS Office Energy Analysis 2013

Australia's Investment Property Databank / Department of Industry has published the NABERS Office Energy Analysis report that shows that Australian offices with a high NABERS Energy rating, 4.5 to 6 stars, continues to deliver a higher investment return than offices with a low NABERS Energy rating, 0-4 stars, on an annualised basis.
